| 产品描述 | The monoclonal antibody 2.4G2 recognizes common epitopes shared by T cell Fc gamma receptors (FcγR1/2b) and IgG-binding factors (IgG-BF). It binds to FcγR+ T cells (e.g., T2D4) and macrophage-like cells (J774), but not to FcγR- T cells or FcR- thymoma cells. 2.4G2-reactive molecules can be found on the T cell membrane as well as in soluble form in the culture supernatant. These molecules bind to IgG and can suppress in vitro antibody responses, indicating that 2.4G2 can serve as an anti-IgG-BF antibody. |
