In MC38 tumor–bearing mice, Iv0010 shows strong antitumor activity and performs comparably to the PD-1 Pb-Tx both as monotherapy and in combination with anti–CTLA-4. It also supports durable immunologic memory, enabling complete responders to reject tumor rechallenge. |
